Therapy Intensives
are premium services featuring concentrated therapy sessions using evidence-based treatment over a shorter period of time than traditional talk therapy . Unlike traditional talk therapy of 45 to 60 mins, these sessions can range from a few hours each session to several days at a time or per week, offering a powerful approach to recovery. Therapy intensives allows you to receive undivided attention from your therapist for extended period of time.

EMDR Intensive
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) intensives offer accelerated healing due to rapid processing of trauma. It can also address depression, anxiety, loss and grief, and phobias.

Benefits of EMDR intensives:

It provides focused treatment with reduced disruptions. This focused setting enhances the ability to process and achieve deeper emotional healing.

It involves extended sessions over consecutive days, allowing for quicker progress compared to traditional weekly therapy.

What to expect with EMDR Intensives

Intensive Session Structure
1. Comprehensive evaluation and preparation phase with workbook included (90 minutes).

2. Intensive treatment session (2 hour minimum).

3. Post intensive evaluation and feedback (90 minutes).

Fees and Deposits
EMDR Intensives are currently not covered under insurances.

1. 90 min comprehensive evaluation and preparation is $275.
​
2. Intensive treatment session (2 hours) is set at $435. Any hours beyond the 2 hours is $165 per hour.

3. 90 min post intensive evaluation and feedbackis $275.

Scheduling and Cancelation
Scheduling Policy:

Appointments will be scheduled after a initial consultation, completion of consent forms, and a deposit of $275.

Cancelation Policy:
​
A cancellation fee of $275 will be charged to for a session canceled seven (7) days prior to the scheduled session date. If the session is rescheduled and conducted, we will apply any funds in excess of the $275 cancellation fee toward the rescheduled session. We will make every prudent effort to work with you and your schedule.
ERP Intensive
Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) therapy is an effective treatment modality for anxiety disorders, particularly Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). ERP involves gradually expsoing individuals to their fears in a controlled environment while preventing the usual responses. Research suggest that effective ERP treatment happens between 60 to 90 minutes, some up to 120 minutes.

​It helps individuals learn to manage their anxiety and reduce compulsive behaviors in a concentrated controlled environment.

The longer sessions gives you the time to engage in evidence-based practice beyond the traditional session time to help break the OCD cycle.

What to expect with ERP Intensives

2. Intensive ERP sessions (90 minutes) two times per week. Number of weeks will be established between you and your therapist based on your needs.

3. Post ERP intensive follow up (90 minutes).
